What exactly am I getting with the program?
You will get six services perfectly curated to create a healthy lawn. While they don’t include seeding, they do utilize fertilizers and weed control to do so.
When will I receive my first treatment upon accepting service?
We try to get to all new customers within the first couple of weeks!
The approximate service dates for the season are as follows:
- Early Spring (2/15-3/31) a pre-emergent and fertilizer
- Spring(4/01-6/1) pre-emergent and broadleaf weed control
- Summer (6/1–7/15) summer weed control
- Late Summer(7/15-9/1) summer spot weed control
- Fall (9/1-11/1) a fall fertilization and weed control
- Winter fertilization (11/1-12/15)
How do I pay my bill and/or communicate with you all?
There are multiple ways to do so! For starters, you can register for our online customer portal through our website using your customer number!
With that you can add additional services such as Grub Control, Flea and Tick, Mosquito control, Wild Violets, Summer Diseases, etc. As well as, send us messages, request service calls, pay bills, and more. We accept all forms of card payment, as well as ACH. You can call the office directly to do any of those, of course, as well as send in payment to us directly via mail.

What if I have concerns about my treatments?
We want to commit to complete customer satisfaction! With that, we provide service calls free of charge if there’s ever a concern or unhappiness with a recent application. We may request photos or a more detailed description of the lawns condition to further understand and more efficiently resolve the situation.
How soon can pets/kids be on the lawn after service?
Depending on the application made, it can be a wait time of anywhere from thirty minutes to two hours- an invoice will be left at your home upon completion of service stating the proper wait time period.
How long before I will see results?
Our customers will typically see results after 1 full year of service based on the start date. You will see incremental results after 1-2 treatments but it will take our turf managers a full year to get control on the most common weeds and pests in lawns. Your turf manager will communicate if additional services are required to achieve desired results.
What notice will I be given that I have been serviced?
In addition to a hard copy invoice left at your property, you will also receive an after service summary email, which you may feel free to respond to!
What if I need to cancel suddenly?
You may cancel service at any point with no penalty, and be refunded any prepaid services not yet completed. However, if the full healthy lawn care program isn’t completed, we cannot commit to the complete satisfaction of your lawn’s condition.
